Der Graham-Roggenteig wird mit dem hauseigenen Sauerteig angereichert und mit Honig, Apfelwürfeln und Sultaninen verfeinert. Dabei reift der Teig ca. 48 Stunden. Besonders knackig machen das Brötchen die Mandelstäbchen.
